Son of a German father and a Brazilian mother. I was born in the small mining town of Tsumeb, Namibia on October 9th. in 1985. At the age of nine I came to live in Brazil, in the state of Minas Gerais. In 2002, I moved to Rio de Janeiro to study Industrial Design.

In 2007, a new phase of my professional live began to take shape. Working with the technique of “Leaked cut stencil”, I was creating my first images that gave a preview of my future work. The idea evolved and has now developed in several segments such as artistic urban interventions, sculptures, furniture building, poster and painting on canvas.

In 2010 I graduated in Industrial Design and Product Design at the University of Rio de Janeiro City. I was always very focused on alternative processes. The search of references from my beloved childhood in Namibia, such as animals, clothing and critical social, political and economic issuesresulted in the features of recent works. Bright colors, provocative pictures, sexy and controversial, abstract paintings with innovative techniques. The unique trademark“aka VENOM” that can be seen in the streets and on the walls of Rio de Janeiro.

In 2013 I began to develop “Taxiderma Design”, a three-dimensional representation of animals and decorative items for permanent display. Produced by laser cutting and fitting style plug, without glue, flat pack style.

In Brazil I already had quite some exhibitions of my art. Some in showrooms, display windows in shopping centers, and alternative ateliers, but mainly on the streets and walls of the city.
